HLA Container Services was established and incorporated in Singapore on March 22, 2013, as a member of LHN Limited, which was publicly listed on SGX in 2014 and SEHK in 2017 under the Logistics Management Division. Additionally, HLA Container Services formed a joint venture with South East Asia Medlog Logistics Co. Pte Ltd to establish HLA Logistics Pte. Ltd., which was incorporated on December 4, 2017. LHN Limited’s Logistics Services Business was separately listed on the Catalist Board of the SGX-ST under LHN Logistics Limited (stock code: GIH) on April 29, 2022, and expanded its transportation and container depot services in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar and other ASEAN region.

As of 31 October 2023, following the acquisition of LHN Logistics Limited (HLA & HNL) by Milkyway International Supply Chain Service Co., Ltd., a company incorporated in the People’s Republic of China and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Despite the change in ownership, HLA continues to operate independently under its current leadership, building on its established reputation and strong track record in the industry. With its deep expertise in container services and long-standing partnerships, HLA remains committed to delivering high-quality solutions and maintaining its position as a trusted leader in the logistics sector.

Today, HLA serves the top providers of the shipping industry, including Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), Maersk, Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL), Wan Hai Lines, BLPL, Gemadept, Legend Logistics Limited, EXIM, Eagle Liner and Emkay Lines, among others.

With a focus on the Asia Pacific Region, HLA Container Services is still expanding rapidly, at a location nearing you. Today, HLA has 5 depots – 2 in Singapore, 2 in Thailand and 1 in Myanmar respectively.
